St. Nicholas Ave

813 St. Nicholas Avenue was vacant for over a decade when Artifact acquired it in 2020; the empty, run-down apartments were being rented as “scary abandoned apartment” locations for movie and television shoots. Some of the apartments appeared dozens of times in CSI!

Today, Artifact No. 813 is reborn as a classic multi-family building that incorporates the original, spacious, layouts with beautiful new finishes, modern kitchens and baths — plus today’s must-haves like individually-controlled air-conditioning and a Bosch washer/dryer in every unit.
