767
St. Nicholas Ave

Our first classic brownstone was 767 St. Nicholas Avenue (at 148th street), where we learned to combine historical detail with modern features. We restored fireplaces, hand-carved banisters, and literally thousands of original details. Then we added gorgeous kitchens with premium appliances, gleaming bathrooms and a washer/dryer in every unit. And now you can enjoy it all in a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartment at Artifact No. 767
